What are your delivery options and shipping threshold?
Complimentary insured courier delivery is available across Poland on all orders over 1,000 PLN. Orders below 1,000 PLN or requiring specific courier options are calculated at checkout in PLN. In-person boutique collection at our Kraków atelier (6/1B Starowiślna Street) is always free. International cross-border delivery is available upon individual request and confirmation.
What is your return policy and can bespoke pieces be returned?
Standard in-stock jewellery includes a statutory 14-day cooling-off consumer withdrawal period. In accordance with European and Polish consumer rights legislation (Art. 38 p. 3 of the Consumer Rights Act), bespoke, personalized, engraved or custom-made pieces created to individual specifications are exempt from standard returns.
What is your ring resizing policy?
Eligible standard rings include a complimentary first resizing within 30 days of purchase (reference value: 120 PLN). Adjustment feasibility depends on ring construction and stone settings; physical inspection at our Kraków workshop is required.
