Can I supply my own gemstones or gold?
Yes. Supplied gemstones and family gold are inspected for dimensions, condition, and metallurgical purity before we finalize the setting geometry and quote.
Can bespoke jewellery be returned?
Under Polish and European consumer protection law (Art. 38 p. 3 of the Consumer Rights Act), custom-made, bespoke, engraved, or personalized pieces manufactured to individual specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day statutory return right.
How long does custom bespoke jewellery take to craft?
Most bespoke pieces take 2 to 3 weeks from 3D CAD render approval to final hallmarking and polishing.
